There may have been times when we were frustrated with the whole process, but you kept us calm and reassured.
In the end, you helped us find the house we had been looking for. We are very happy in our new home, thanks to you! When it came time for the actual purchase, you let us know about the mortgage process and what we needed to do in order to get the most money from the sale of our home, while gettmg the best price on a new home. Your superior knowledge educated us about various mortgage programs. You explained in detail what we needed to do in order to qualify for a mortgage. You also educated us on the negotiating and closing processes.
